Senior Process Analyst

About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be working within our Customer Servicing Integration program to drive change to the organisation through quality analysis, design, and implementation of business processes. You will be responsible for supporting the design of future state processes, producing impact analysis and making recommendations for improvement to Process Owners. You will also be responsible for ensuring the teams are equipped to manage their processes beyond implementation with metrics, governance and tools to drive ongoing improvement.

 

The Senior Process Analyst will also provide support to the Business Process Management (BPM) Lead and Process Architect with the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise BPM Capability.

 

We currently have multiple 24-month max term opportunities.

 

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • BPM experience using best practice BPM frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in tailoring and implementing best practice BPM frameworks, tools, and techniques in organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain BPM skills and capabilities across all levels of the organisation (including development of training content, and through coaching/mentoring).
  • Demonstrated experience with modelling complex enterprise processes using BPMN2.0.
  • Demonstrated experience with identifying and managing risk and compliance through process analysis and design.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and re-engineering (small and large) including root cause analysis, identification of appropriate solution options, dependencies and delivery models, and monitoring) and prioritised recommendations.
  • Ability to analyse and question existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained.
  • Demonstrated experience with process automation and digitisation.
