Day to day, you'll:

  • Improve the DD&I and Member Line of Business ‘way we work’ model for sustainable operation and agility.
  • Implement and improve a balanced scorecard, aligning performance measures with corporate success metrics.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and orchestrate cross-functional delivery efforts.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent.
  • Ensure development and succession plans. Influence stakeholders to align on strategic outcomes and represent the team at senior forums.

This role is a permanent opportunity.

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and undertake structured ways to solve them, including ensuring stakeholder alignment. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You've got a tertiary qualification in Business, Digital, IT, or something equivalent.
  • You've spent several years in expert domain leadership, guiding and coaching functional areas within Superannuation or related industries. You know your way around strategic frameworks, operating models, and delivery models.
  • You've got strong commercial leadership experience. You know how to drive strategic-based enterprise outcomes, build a case for change, and influence organisational performance levers to achieve positive commercial outcomes.
  • You've demonstrated knowledge and experience leading agile-based strategic initiatives and continuous improvement approaches. You use agile frameworks for planning and delivery.
  • You're a pro at problem-solving and analytical skills. You've got experience in framing and undertaking structured problem-solving approaches using various analytical techniques to communicate solutions and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Your stakeholder management skills are outstanding. You know how to develop and improve relationships to build consensus and drive change outcomes. You handle conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution, and you can persuade partners to consider alternative views.
