About the role As a Senior Business Analyst at ART, you will lead the analysis and delivery of complex business solutions that drive strategic outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with ART’s delivery framework. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys mentoring others while delivering impactful change. Key Responsibilities: - Lead stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
- Elicit, assess, and document end-to-end business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
- Translate business needs into system, data, and application requirements.
- Acquire and apply technical knowledge to support complex change initiatives.
- Own and manage documented requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Assess feasibility and compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
- Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
- Coach and mentor other Business Analysts, including peer reviews of documentation.

- Skilled in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication across technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to plan, estimate, and manage business analysis work schedules.
- Experience in business process modelling and reengineering.
- Technical knowledge of web, client/server, and database environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
