This is a hands‑on specialist role where your campaigns directly contribute to stronger member relationships, increased event participation and long‑term trust in Australian Retirement Trust. This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. 📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or remote. - You bring a strong understanding of member or customer engagement journeys, ideally across different life stages.
- You’ve worked with MarTech tools to build seamless, multi‑channel campaigns.
- You have experience delivering standalone event campaigns, while also developing strategy on when and how to integrate events across broader channels such as newsletters, paid media and workplace communications.
- You’re confident analysing behavioural data and using insights to optimise campaign performance.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, with well‑developed written, verbal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You’ve worked in Agile delivery environments and are comfortable adapting to change.
- You manage timelines, priorities and deliverables effectively, even when juggling multiple campaigns.
