We are seeking a proactive and experienced risk professional to support our Product and Service (P&S) team in embedding and maintaining robust risk and incident management practices aligned with the ART Group Risk Management Framework (RMF). This role is pivotal in ensuring operational compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong risk culture across the business. Day to day, you'll: - Champion the application of the ART RMF and incident management policies within P&S, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Align business unit risk activities with enterprise risk appetite, supporting risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
- Lead and support the resolution of risk issues, breaches, and incidents, including root cause analysis and control improvements.
- Own and manage Corporate Risk Scorecard metrics and incident screening processes to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.
- Monitor compliance with legislation, standards, and audit requirements, and coordinate audit responses and remediation plans.
- Provide risk and control advice for technology, process changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as liaison between Group Risk, Compliance, and P&S, ensuring effective representation in forums and assurance programs.
- Drive cross-functional engagement for incident resolution and prepare executive-level briefings and documentation.
- Support team operations by tracking deliverables, mentoring peers, and acting as escalation point for complex issues.
- Promote a positive risk culture and deliver training to uplift team capability in risk and incident management.

- Demonstrable experience in a risk or compliance-based role
- Demonstrated experience in risk-based decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively engage and develop positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including leaders, auditors and front-line staff.
- An ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated experience in determining, undertaking and tracking the progress of remediation actions and plans in order to address control gaps and improve the management of risks.
- Proven ability to treat sensitive information in a private and confidential manner and to exercise tact and sound judgement in communicating with others regarding sensitive matters.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, documentation and management of compliance, risk and controls frameworks for service channels.
- An ability to explain complex concepts and matters in writing and verbally in a manner which enables the audience to understand the key points and effectively conveys the intended message.
- Demonstrated ability to assist Managers and Team Leaders to balance workloads and focus across competing priorities and stakeholders across the broader team
