About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Education Lead, you’ll develop and deliver impactful education strategies that maximise engagement, retention and growth of our Key Client membership. You'll play a crucial role in creating tailored educational programs to ensure client success and satisfaction.

 

Day to day, you'll:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine optimal education solutions.

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver customized curriculums for new client transitions.

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel workplace education activities to drive engagement.

 

About you

It goes without saying you're a passionate and innovative professional with a strong background in developing and delivering impactful education strategies. You excel in stakeholder management and collaborate effortlessly with various teams to find optimal education solutions. With exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you're dedicated to enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.

 

Additionally, you can engage with a diverse audience, whether face-to-face, online, or through recorded sessions, ensuring that education is accessible and effective across all platforms.

 

  • You are RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance (as a minimum).
  • You have a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or equivalent.
  • You have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
