About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As our new Personalisation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless, data-driven experiences that connect with members across every digital touchpoint.

 

You’ll be at the heart of our personalisation strategy—scoping, designing, executing, and optimising onsite journeys that improve engagement, drive growth, and boost retention. Working closely with channel owners, you’ll use tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, and Sitecore Personalise to bring tailored experiences to life.

 

You’ll look after the development and implementation of our personalisation experimentation program—testing, learning, and optimising to make every interaction count.

 

You’ll also analyse the impact of your work, provide actionable insights, and help shape the roadmap that keeps ART at the forefront of personalised marketing.

 

This is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. 

 

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • You’ve got a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital—or equivalent experience.
  • You’ve worked in marketing or content roles and know how to personalise at scale.
  • You’ve designed, executed, and optimised personalised journeys across multiple channels.
  • You’re confident using tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Sitecore Personalise.
  • You know how to use data and insights to shape targeted onsite experiences.
  • You’re great at analysing performance and making smart recommendations.
  • You’re a strong collaborator who works well across teams.
