As a People & Talent Program Partner, you'll be at the heart of our exciting Customer Servicing Integration (CSI) Program. This is a unique, large-scale transformation project that will challenge you both operationally and strategically. You'll work closely with our Program and Enterprise leadership teams to manage organisational changes and support our people through this journey. Your role will involve guiding leaders on best practices in organisational design, managing impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with our Enterprise Agreement and legislative requirements. You'll also collaborate with our Talent Sourcing Manager and Transformation Management Office to attract, onboard, and engage top talent for the program. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of our organisation. This role is a 2 year maximum term contract or secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Significant generalist HR background.
- Experience in either a recruitment agency environment or an in-house recruitment role including end-to-end talent sourcing, experience managing volume recruitment, and strategic sourcing campaigns.
- Knowledge, understanding and application of HR practices (areas included but not limited to organisation design, talent management, performance, reward, and IR/ER matters).
- Experience in leading and coaching stakeholders at all levels through organisation change and transformation.
- Ability to coach managers in people planning, performance management and employee relations.
- Experience in consulting on and developing people interventions required to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and individual contributors.
- Project and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, across all levels.
- A creative thinker, commercially minded, who thrives on working in a team and is willing to pick up any task that enables quality talent outcomes.
