As a Business Analyst, you’ll: - Be responsible for end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder management and solution requirements for multiple projects and initiatives.
- Analyse a broad range business problems using a range of elicitation techniques to understand and document requirements.
- Work within a cross functional delivery squad to implement changes and deliver projects.
- Translate business needs into system, data, and application requirements.
- Acquire knowledge of business processes and technical solutions to support delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of ART’s products, services, and systems.
- Drive quality control and improvement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Break down requirements into testable stories for iterative delivery in Agile sprints.
This role is a 12-month max-term opportunity. 📍 Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Experience working as a Business Analysis, ideally within the superannuation or financial services industry.
- Experience with fast-paced delivery of digital changes, including working with a team making changes to online applications and public websites.
- Experience working within a cross-functional team delivering strategic projects.
- An understanding of Business Analysis within the SDLC, and demonstrable experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferable.
- A working understanding of web-based technologies, content management systems and cloud technology is an advantage.
- You must have full Australian work rights
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or relevant professional experience.
