Administration (Member Operations) Officers
Brisbane and Melbourne

About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too.  As an Operations Officer you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.

 

This will include maintaining data integrity, effective product delivery, timely and accurate maintenance of contribution and claims processing and high-quality account maintenance.

 

Service to our members is the focal point of all sections within the business unit. As a key internal support function, the role requires effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

 

We have multiple positions available including permanent opportunities.

 

 

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • Customer service experience in a high workload environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable
