About the role As Manager – Enterprise Change Risk, you’ll provide independent second‑line risk oversight across ART’s most significant transformation initiatives, helping ensure change is delivered safely, prudently and in line with strategic objectives. Partnering closely with Transformation leaders, Executives and risk colleagues, this role plays a critical part in balancing innovation with operational resilience. You’ll bring expert insight to complex change environments, influencing decision‑making through clear risk advice and constructive challenge. Operating at pace and often amid ambiguity, you’ll help uplift risk capability and embed strong change and risk practices across the organisation. This is a senior, visible role with genuine enterprise‑wide impact. Key aspects of the role include: - Providing strategic Line 2 risk oversight across major enterprise transformation programs
- Reviewing and challenging alignment to ART’s risk, compliance and change frameworks
- Partnering with change leaders and project teams to support safe and successful delivery
- Advising senior leaders and Executives on risk implications associated with complex change
- Contributing to executive and board‑level reporting through clear articulation of risk impacts
- Participating in, and at times leading, risk governance forums related to transformation activity
- Working collaboratively with first and third line risk teams to ensure enterprise alignment
- Driving a strong risk culture by coaching, influencing and uplifting risk capability
- Responding flexibly to shifting priorities, escalations and concurrent change initiatives

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to embed risk practices into large‑scale programs or transformation initiatives
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and Executives, providing trusted advice and constructive challenge
- Strong judgement when balancing innovation, delivery pace and operational resilience
- Experience contributing to executive‑level reporting and risk forums with clarity and credibility
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities and responding to emerging risks
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence across functions and lines of defence
- Commitment to building strong risk culture through leadership, coaching and capability uplift
