About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Change Manager, you’ll help shape how change happens across ART Life. In this role, you’ll guide people through change with clarity, empathy, and confidence. You’ll support strategic and day‑to‑day change activities, build strong relationships, and make sure everyone has what they need to successfully adapt. It’s meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

 

Day to day, you'll:

  • Manage ART Life’s change management framework and BAU change delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to design clear change plans, communications, and training.
  • Identify impacts early and help teams prepare for new ways of working.
  • Build strong connections with Enterprise Change teams to keep messages aligned.
  • Monitor change risks like fatigue and help create smoother, more sustainable adoption.

This role is a permanent opportunity.

 

 

About you

You’re a strong communicator who loves bringing people along on the change journey. You listen well, think ahead, and keep things organised. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • Experienced in delivering change management projects, ideally with formal change qualifications.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship building.
  • Clear and confident communicator with great facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organiser with great time‑management and attention to detail.
  • Able to translate complex change into simple, human‑centred messaging.
