As the EPMO Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning enterprise initiatives with Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART) strategic objectives. This includes embedding robust governance frameworks, enhancing capability to deliver high-quality funding submissions, and promoting transparency in decision-making. You will oversee governance reporting and manage commercial processes that support the successful delivery of key programs. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and implementing effective frameworks, you will help ART achieve its strategic ambitions while meeting regulatory obligations. Day to day, you'll: Partner with the business to ensure all funding submissions are aligned to the ART Strategy and provide quality artefacts in line with the Enterprise Delivery Framework. Ensure business case submissions are of high-quality identifying deliverables, dependencies, key milestones, and outcomes. Provide significant expertise and advice to assist project owners to provide clear and robust decision-making material to the relevant governance forums. Contribute to the designing, implementing, and continuous improvement of project, program, and portfolio management frameworks, templates, and methodologies across portfolios. Ensure successful delivery of key initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress and driving continuous improvement. Drive capability uplift to ensure high quality funding submissions. This will be through coaching, training, and change management across the project community. Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure governance committees and members are provided high quality, informed analysis to make effective decisions. Support regular and ad-hoc Board and Committee reporting.

- Experience in leading an EPMO using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.
- Proven experience in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of project, program, and portfolio management frameworks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and influencing skills at senior/executive management level.
- Experience in the preparation of reports for Executive and senior stakeholders and industry bodies / regulators as required.
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support development, implementation and monitoring of project requirements in large complex organisations.
- Experience in analysing complex data sets to drive meaningful and actionable insights across a range of business functions.
