About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll: - Design, develop, and document Biztalk-based solutions that are aligned with ART’s technical strategy and business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team members to evaluate, analyse, and estimate change requests, ensuring the successful implementation of quality-driven solutions.
- Investigate, resolve and test incidents/defects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent solutions.
- Alignment to ART’s Software Delivery Life Cycle framework.
- Ability to adapt and committed to continuous learning.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in .NET/C# programming.
- Experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016 or later) in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions.
- Experience of troubleshooting with BizTalk Admin Console and Event Viewer.
- Experience in solution architecture and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and release coordination.
- Proven ability to estimate, plan, and manage development tasks in complex environments.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to team leadership.
