As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in uplifting ART’s engineering productivity and platform capabilities. You will help build scalable, secure and reliable delivery foundations that enable engineering teams to ship high‑quality software consistently, with a strong focus on standardisation, automation, and developer experience. Key responsibilities include: - Build, enhance and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Azure DevOps, enabling consistent and secure software delivery
- Support and drive GitHub Enterprise Cloud migrations, including repository rationalisation, standard structures, and reusable pipeline patterns
- Design and implement automation across the SDLC, including build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning
- Promote and uplift engineering standards through “happy‑path” pipelines, templates, and guardrails
- Improve monitoring, observability, and operational readiness through consistent telemetry, alerts, and service health measures
- Partner with engineering squads, Architecture, Security, and Cloud teams to reduce delivery friction and uplift maturity
- Provide hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting across cloud and on‑prem environments
- Mentor and support other DevOps engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Proven experience working as a DevOps or platform engineer within Agile delivery teams
- Strong hands‑on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including repositories, workflows, and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated experience building and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tooling) to support pipelines, builds, and releases
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, automation, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience implementing test automation and security controls within delivery pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Ability to define standards, document approaches, and guide teams through adoption
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across squads and enabling teams
