We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. You’ll be responsible for pursuing and acquiring new corporate super clients for ART. You’ll create and manage a pipeline of prospective employer clients within our targeted markets and industries. Plus, you’ll build relationships with Tender Consultants and advisers in the employer super segment. This role is available as a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You’re RG146 compliant, so you can confidently give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance.
- You bring a wealth of experience from the financial services industry, demonstrating your deep understanding and expertise.
- You’re great at developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a robust pipeline within the target markets.
- You’ve got a knack for managing a sales process efficiently, from initial contact to closing the deal, and can create professional reports and presentations that highlight ART’s offerings effectively.
- Your strong analytical skills allow you to interpret data and information clearly and effectively, including benefit design, ensuring you make informed decisions.
- You’ve got exceptional influencing skills, enabling you to guide clients towards achieving desired outcomes.
