As a Team Leader - Member Guidance, you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to proactively engaging with our members. Your team will provide general advice and education, manage advice bookings, and support members at key touchpoints in their retirement journey. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive the best possible service and achieve their retirement goals. Day to day, you'll: - Lead, coach, and manage a team of customer service professionals.
- Drive proactive engagement through outbound contact and targeted campaigns.
- Provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day team responsibilities and act as a point of escalation.
- Implement improvements and change initiatives to enhance team performance and customer experience.
This position is available as a 6 month max-term/secondment opportunity. About you You know how to lead and inspire your team to deliver top-notch customer service while actively helping members with their retirement goals. You've got strong communication and coaching skills, a solid grasp of superannuation, and a knack for driving continuous improvement in both team performance and customer experience. - You're a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- You have proven leadership, people management, and coaching experience.
- You have superannuation experience and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- You have a passion for customer service and the ability to inspire others.
- You have strong relationship management skills and business acumen.
- If you have experience in financial planning, business, finance, or commerce it's a plus.
