You'll be part of the ProductOps Centre of Experience. Your job will be to support and improve standards, processes, and governance to ensure digital product experience changes are complete and consistent across various delivery modes. • Ensure the digital product platform publishing process and standards are well-defined, documented, and followed for both project and BAU changes, including accessibility and SEO considerations.
  • Keep the quality of published digital content and experiences high through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Use Digital Experience Platform (DXP) advanced capabilities to improve efficiency and experience outcomes, including data-driven personalisation.
  • Identify and manage risks, adhere to quality control processes, and handle incidents with timely escalation when needed.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders, including technology and release management, to package and migrate content as part of release processes.
  • Maintain effective relationships to manage content changes and conflicts, ensuring the correct versions of content reach production at the right time.

This role is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You'll need to be familiar with relevant DXP performance standards such as SEO and accessibility. Additionally, you should have experience with associated web technologies, languages, and frameworks like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • You're expected to have a proven ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise work. This includes handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build and maintain relationships across the organisation. This is crucial for effective collaboration and communication.

  • You need experience working with design, content, analytics, and subject-matter experts to develop and refine digital content and experiences.

  • You'll need high attention to detail and be receptive to feedback. You should be able to evaluate feedback for both its merits and drawbacks.
