About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Senior Manager – Beam Technology, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our digital product suite. This includes overseeing technical design, development, release, and performance management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You’ll manage both insourced and outsourced delivery functions and ensure the quality, availability, and scalability of Beam technology.

Day to day, you'll:

• Lead agile delivery practices to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
• Manage value, quality, scale, risk, and regulatory compliance of the digital product suite.
• Support AFSL obligations through organisational competency.
• Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across customers, business units, vendors, and partners.
• Embed a high-performance culture through upskilling and resource enablement.

About you

• You’ve led successful technology delivery initiatives—ideally in financial services or fintech—where your leadership has driven innovation and tangible results.
• You hold tertiary qualifications in Finance, Technology, or a related discipline, giving you the foundation to navigate complex digital environments with confidence.
• You’ve developed and executed strategic plans, managed product lifecycles, and led change initiatives that delivered real business value.
• You bring strong business acumen and thrive in dynamic environments where adaptability and forward-thinking are key to success.
• You’re a natural leader who inspires and coaches cross-functional teams to perform at their best, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• You communicate with clarity and purpose, and your ability to engage and influence stakeholders ensures alignment and momentum across the business.
