About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Business Manager – Workplaces, you’ll be at the heart of our Workplaces business area, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong first-line risk and governance management. You’ll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor—connecting employees, senior leaders, executives, and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.

 

You’ll also lead the annual business planning process and oversee the implementation of key initiatives and projects that support our mission and member outcomes.

 

This is a permanent opportunity. While our preference is for the role to be based in Brisbane, we’re also open to considering candidates located in Sydney or Melbourne.

 

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
