About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. You’ll support the development and delivery of operational plans, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the business has the insights and structure it needs to deliver for members. You’ll be a trusted SME across life insurance operational functions — applying strong analytical, planning and collaboration skills to lift performance and influence decision making at all levels. Day to day, you'll: - Support the development, coordination and execution of ART Life’s operational plan, ensuring consistency and progress tracking.
- Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities through ongoing monitoring
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that surface key trends, KPIs and performance insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Conduct analysis and apply life insurance expertise (Claims, Underwriting, L&D, Remediation) to guide decision making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across ART Life, facilitating workshops and planning sessions.
This role is a 12-month max-term opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. - Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Strong understanding of operational planning, performance management and business analysis
- Deep subject matter expertise across life insurance operations
- Experience in financial services, insurance or superannuation
- Familiarity with enterprise performance management systems
- Experience in superannuation, financial services, investment banking or consulting (preferable)
