We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Employee Relations and Safety Operations to join our team. The Manager – Employee Relations and Safety Operations is responsible for leading a team of Employee Relations and Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) professionals who provide operational support and advice across all areas of ART. Day to day, you'll: - Lead and supervise the provision of Employee Relations advice and coaching to ensure compliance with industrial instruments, policies and legislation;
- Oversee ART’s response to claims in the Fair Work Commission and other industrial tribunals;
- Guide the delivery of WH&S advice, coaching, investigations, and WH&S incident management;
- Oversee the management of Rehabilitation and Return to Work processes and Workers’ Compensation claims;
- Manage vendor relationships, including ART’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP);
- Ensure the provision of timely, legally accurate and commercially sound advice to stakeholders;
- Build strong relationships with People Leaders and the broader People and Culture team;
- Build and lead a high performing and engaged team, aligned with ART’s purpose and culture; and
- Promote a safe, inclusive and healthy work environment, proactively managing risks.

- Extensive knowledge of Australian industrial and employment law and processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, Codes of Practice and risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, providing escalated support and guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation, including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes at all levels.
