About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Trade Operations Analyst, you’ll support daily trade operations across ART’s investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in trade lifecycle processes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to maintain data integrity, resolve trade issues, and uphold operational standards.

Day to day, you'll:

• Support daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve exceptions, ensuring accurate start-of-day positions.
• Maintain and update static data within trading systems.
• Support data queries from internal teams.
• Manage portfolio changes, including onboarding new instruments, markets, and portfolios.
• Participate in system testing for process improvements and efficiencies, new instruments, portfolio transitions and data updates.
• Monitor pre- and post-trade compliance rules.
• Apply ART’s risk framework and escalate concerns appropriately.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

• A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, mathematics, or commerce.
• Experience in Treasury or Trade/Middle Office Operations, including reconciliation and trade lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Cash, and ETD/OTC Derivatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks in line with ART’s Risk Management Framework.
