As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, high‑impact transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, and brings structure, momentum and clarity to large‑scale change. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects that span technology, business change, compliance and operational uplift. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll work closely with sponsors, delivery partners and business leaders to translate strategic intent into executable plans — while keeping people engaged and outcomes front of mind. Day to day, you'll: - Lead the planning and delivery of complex, high‑priority transformation projects
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project sponsors and delivery partners
- Establish and maintain clear governance, controls, risk and change management practices
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and resource models
- Guide and motivate cross‑functional project teams to deliver agreed outcomes
- Ensure business readiness, communications, training and change activities are embedded
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and report on milestones, risks and benefits
- Apply structured project methodologies while adapting delivery approaches to suit the work

- Strong experience across project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capability
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and resource management
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills
- Advanced experience building and maintaining integrated project schedules
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving problems in fast‑moving environments
