We are seeking an experienced Manager – Internal Audit to join our dynamic Internal Audit team - recently recognised as Internal Audit Team of the Year. As a key member of our team, you’ll provide independent assurance to stakeholders on the effectiveness of risk management and governance practices across the Group. You’ll be exposed to a diverse range of topics and stakeholders, with support from leaders who are committed to your growth and development. Day to day, you'll: - Support the planning and execution of the internal audit program, preparing, and reviewing working papers, documenting, and evaluating controls, conducting audit tests and producing internal audit reports.
- Coordinate, drive, and deliver simultaneous reviews in a timely and efficient manner, without compromising quality of delivery.
- Coach and support internal audit team members and provide clear direction in the execution of internal audits.
- Monitor and actively follow-up on the implementation of recommendations made by internal audit to ensure improvements are made to controls, processes, and systems.
- Actively contribute to promoting a positive risk and compliance culture through the provision of quality compliance and risk management advice and active contribution to the group’s wider business through involvement in audits, risk workshops, decisions, change and projects as appropriate.

- Demonstrated and comprehensive understanding of risk management practices including risk profiling, control assessment and mitigating treatments.
- An ability to pragmatically utilise expert technical knowledge to deliver commercially orientated outcomes.
- Proven ability to build a rapport with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and categorise data and provide information on trends and business impacts.
