About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As Disclosure Compliance Specialist, you’ll ensure all disclosure and marketing materials meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. You’ll review and approve key documents, provide expert compliance guidance to brand and marketing teams, and play a vital role in maintaining ART’s commitment to regulatory excellence. Day to day, you'll: - Review and approve product disclosure statements (PDS), annual statements, annual reports, and other regulatory documents in line with ART’s Document Due Diligence Program.
- Ensure all disclosure documents comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, legal, and external advisors on document development and updates.
- Maintain document version control and approval tracking systems.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to disclosure requirements.
- Provide real-time compliance advice and support to brand, marketing, and communications teams.
- Review marketing materials, advertisements, and communications for regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain marketing compliance guidelines, templates, and approval processes.
- Conduct compliance training for marketing personnel on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Assess compliance risks, support audits, and maintain compliance registers and tracking systems.

We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You hold tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- You have significant experience in compliance, legal, or related areas within financial services or superannuation.
- You’re experienced in reviewing marketing and disclosure documents in the financial services sector.
- You have a deep understanding of Australian superannuation legislation, prudential standards, and regulatory expectations.
- You have a deep understanding of risk management frameworks and governance principles within financial services.
- You’re experienced in implementing and embedding risk, compliance, and governance practices as part of your first-line responsibilities.
- You bring a background in marketing compliance within regulated entities.
- You’re able to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical guidance.
- You demonstrate commercial awareness and understand business strategy.
