About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Data and Adjustments Specialist, you’ll be responsible for Data Integrity (DI) exception management, the identification and management of improvement opportunities arising from DI review, supporting annual review and statement processes, providing technical support and solutions to Customer Engagement teams and other areas of ART. 

You'll also ensure that the operations business, processes and environment is understood to support the smooth and efficient implementation of all data management initiatives, including data initiatives resulting from business and portfolio change initiatives.

Day to day, you'll:

• Engage Key Internal Customers (KIC) through management of KIC monthly forums, Data Community of Practice or via adhoc stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement standard templates, procedures, checklists and work instructions.
• Provide support to other areas of the business as required through investigation and resolution of data related issues raised by the wider business
• Supporting the resolution of any identified issues for systems fixes, with appropriate supporting documentation.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

• Extensive experience in the superannuation industry and understanding of business operational processes and best practice use of member data is required.
• Experience working in change or data areas or an analytical role in a variety of complex situations, preferably in a program/project environment. Understanding of end-to-end process design.
• Experience in data analysis including determining cause and solutions to DI issues.
• Highly developed analytical and organisational mindset together with effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures as required.
• Highly developed communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal – with a diverse group of professionals at all levels
