About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Objective Keystone Developer (known internally as a Disclosure Analyst), you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining product disclosure solutions that meet regulatory requirements while supporting clear, engaging member communications. Using the Objective Keystone document composition tool, you’ll work closely with business and project stakeholders to design, test and support document solutions across the organisation. Day to day, you'll be: - Translating business and stakeholder needs into technical document solutions.
- Advising stakeholders on effective Keystone solutions that meet business requirements.
- Capturing and analysing requirements for document creation.
- Building and maintaining document solutions using a document composition tool.
- Conducting business testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of outputs.
- Documenting disclosure production processes and procedures.
- Sharing knowledge and providing training to internal team members.
- Working collaboratively with team members and business partners to deliver solutions.
📍 This role is a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity, and you can work from Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too: - You’ll bring at least 2 years’ experience working with a document composition tool or in a Customer Communication Management (CCM) environment.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience working in a BAU or project environment, where you’ve been responsible for requirements elicitation and solution analysis.
- You’re experienced in using basic programming techniques to drive conditional content.
- You have strong attention to detail and you’re able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- You bring well‑developed written and verbal communication skills.
- You take a collaborative approach and you’re confident building effective working relationships across the business.
