About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Test Analyst in our Correspondence Delivery team, you will lead the design, development, and execution of quality assurance processes that ensure our software solutions meet the highest standards. Your expertise will be crucial in testing correspondence solutions built using the Inspire CCM Platform along with the data sources and integrating systems.

Day to day, you'll:

• Lead the creation of test plans, conditions, scripts, and data that provide comprehensive coverage of our software's functionality.
• Proactively identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution and maintain our commitment to quality.
• Collaborate with our cross-functional team, including developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Adhere to our rigorous test quality standards and actively contribute to enhancing our testing processes and artefacts.

This position is available as a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

• Tertiary level of education in Information Technology discipline.
  ISTQB certification or similar qualification.
• Intermediate level knowledge of databases including experience updating, inserting, and merging tables, writing SQL queries with multiple joins, applying indexing, and using subqueries.
• Knowledge and/or experience with testing tools such as SoapUI.
• Demonstrated experience prioritising and managing multiple assignments
