About the role

You’ll lead ART Life’s data, analytics and insights function and make sure the business has what it needs to make smart, evidence‑based decisions. Your work will directly support organisational strategy and help lift data maturity across the board.

Day to day, you'll:

• Lead a team of data professionals and champion strong data, reporting and analytics capability.
• Oversee the ART Life Data Platform and ensure the business gets the reporting and insights it needs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, actuarial teams and project boards to drive consistent, trusted data.
• Build and manage the platform roadmap, prioritising enhancements and improvements.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across business performance to guide better decisions.
