About the role

Join us at Australian Retirement Trust’s Brisbane Tech Hub as an End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term basis! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of administering and supporting our Digital Workplace technologies within the EUC domain. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting and maintaining all EUC devices, including AV, Print, Digital Signage, and Workplace management tools. You'll also provide expert support to our Investment Team, Executive, and VIP users, ensuring seamless operation of Windows Desktop, iOS & Android devices, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 & Teams.

Your role will also include managing queues for EUC requests via Service Now, creating and maintaining team documentation, and performing system installs and maintenance tasks. We’re looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service and who will embody our values of courage, empathy, and excellence.  If you have experience with ITIL framework and a knack for effective change management, capacity planning, and incident management, we’d love to hear from you! Please note that this role is Brisbane based only and will require you to provide out of hours support where necessary, including being on an on-call roster.

About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:

  • Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain, support and implement upgrades to Art’s end user systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills when leading major incident resolution, supporting root cause analysis of problem records with managed service providers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise with configuration, support and ongoing administration of collaboration and productivity applications, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint.  
  • Certification and a demonstrated understanding of contemporary IT related frameworks and methodologies, including information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) or desirable.
  • Commitment to provide exceptional customer service with a strong focus on stable and reliable end user experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune) and associated administrative software, incl. deployment, configuration, and management of mobile devices in a commercial environment.
