About the role Are you ready to take the next step in your project management journey? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Enterprise Change Delivery team as a Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with foundational project experience who’s ready to build their skills in a supportive and purpose-driven environment. As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of small to medium-sized projects that contribute to meaningful change across ART. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure project goals are met—while learning and growing every step of the way. Day to day, you'll: - Assist in managing projects from planning through to delivery.
- Help define project objectives, scope, and responsibilities.
- Support resource coordination and scheduling.
- Contribute to project plans and track progress.
- Learn to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Help prepare key project documents and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support communication efforts.
- Work alongside Change Managers to assess business readiness.
- Be part of a team that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Proven experience in delivering change initiatives and leading a team.
- Proven ability to take a strategic view and align initiatives with that view.
- Ability to interpret business, information and technical architecture roadmaps and align to the needs of a project and program.
- Proven knowledge of and experience using recognised project management methods, tools and development methodologies, such as PRINCE2 project management method plus Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
- Demonstrated skills in understanding and practicing project risk management.
- Superior communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal – with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment).
- An inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach (including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment).
