Day to day, you'll:

  • Lead all event logistics including scheduling, registrations, venues, suppliers and on‑site delivery.
  • Maintain and manage the master events calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop event briefs and translate requirements into high‑impact experiences.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts and negotiations.
  • Assist with event budget management and financial tracking.
  • Oversee production of event materials, collateral, signage and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event communications and touchpoints.
  • Conduct post‑event reporting, feedback collection and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all events comply with organisational standards, policies and governance requirements.

This role is a permanent opportunity.
