About the role You’ll lead a small, dedicated team focused on coaching, capability uplift, and adviser education. You’ll help shape how we deliver advice by building skills, improving quality, and supporting strong outcomes for members. Day to day, you'll: - Lead coaching, training and capability uplift for advice representatives.
- Design and run programs like induction, PD days and professional year programs.
- Support compliance, education and onboarding to meet legislative and licence requirements.
- Build strong relationships across ART to lift capability and enhance the member advice experience.
- Maintain and improve advice tools, documents and processes to support consistent, high‑quality advice.

- Experienced in financial advice, with strong knowledge of products, strategy and legislation.
- Skilled trainer and facilitator, with a solid understanding of adult learning.
- Able to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, with strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
