As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing integrated change and communication strategies that drive successful adoption of technology initiatives. It involves crafting clear, engaging, and timely content to support both the technology workforce and broader business stakeholders through periods of change. A critical aspect of the role is partnering with technology leadership and key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging aligned with Technology’s strategic roadmap. This role is embedded within the Technology business area and will lead change activities that influence operating models, culture, ways of working, and transformational initiatives within technology, fostering alignment and readiness across the organisation. Day to day, you'll: - Create clear, engaging, and timely communication content to support change adoption across the technology workforce and broader business stakeholders.
- Engage with key partners and technology leadership to ensure consistent messaging aligned to ART’s strategic roadmap.
- Lead change activities for initiatives impacting operating model, culture, ways of working, and transformational change within technology.
- Apply change management processes to create strategies that support adoption of technology-related change, including impact analysis, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
- Consult, coach, and influence business stakeholders to navigate complexity, problem-solve, and co-design responses to drive business acceptance of change.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare mitigation actions to address risks and resistance related to technology change.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies and content for technology workforce, business, and external stakeholders regarding change and business readiness.
- Support the evolution of organisational change management methodology, templates, tools, and processes.

- Proven capability in developing and delivering communication strategies and content for technology and business audiences.
- Experience managing change for operating model transitions and cultural/ways-of-working changes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within technology environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and independently manage communication and change needs.
