Day to day, you'll:

• Lead, coach and support a high‑performing Member Guidance team delivering proactive outbound support.
• Guide members through key retirement touchpoints with general advice, education and timely advice bookings.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver targeted campaigns across different member groups.
• Own day‑to‑day team performance, escalations and continuous improvement.
  Help shape better processes, tools and experiences that lift outcomes for members and your team.

You bring confidence leading in complex, highly regulated environments and know how to make sound, commercially minded decisions when it counts. You combine genuine empathy with clear accountability and have a proven ability to lead teams through change with clarity and care. Above all, you lead with integrity, committed to doing what’s right for members, your people and the organisation as a whole.

• You’re a confident people leader who loves coaching, developing and motivating others.
• You understand superannuation and the regulatory environment, or you’re ready to lead within it.
• You’re passionate about customer experience and helping people make informed decisions.
• You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and handle complexity with confidence.
• You thrive in change and enjoy improving how things are done.
