As the Delivery COE Lead, you will establish and lead enterprise‑wide delivery frameworks, tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence, agility and learning. You’ll partner with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with ART’s strategic goals. Step into a high‑impact leadership role that uplifts delivery practices across ART, building capability, consistency and quality across projects, programs and portfolios. Day to day, you'll: - Design, implement and evolve delivery frameworks, standards and methodologies across project, program and portfolio levels.
- Build and maintain a central repository of tools, templates and guidance for consistent, effective execution.
- Lead capability uplift via training, mentoring and coaching for project, program and portfolio leaders.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of delivery practices and refine based on feedback, performance insights and maturity assessments.
- Provide expert advice on planning, governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
- Champion innovation and contemporary ways of working, including Agile, hybrid and scaled models.
- Contribute to transformation KPIs and reporting to measure performance and maturity.
- Ensure alignment with ART’s governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Build strategic alliances inside and outside ART to advance delivery capability and practice maturity

- Deep knowledge of project, program and portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Experience designing and implementing capability uplift programs and training initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
