As the Manager - Corporate and Institutional Marketing, you’ll shape and deliver ART’s corporate and institutional marketing agenda, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants and large employers to position ART as a trusted, future‑focused partner. You’ll lead a high‑performing team and oversee B2B marketing programs that are evidence‑led, customer‑centric and aligned to ART’s 2030 strategy, spanning growth, digital experience, sustainability leadership and trusted relationships. Day to day, you'll: - Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback.
- Own the planning and delivery of annual and ongoing corporate, institutional and employer (B2B) marketing and engagement programs.
- Design and deliver multi‑channel campaigns and bespoke journeys across email, digital platforms, events, intermediaries and employer networks.
- Drive data‑led decision making, prioritising initiatives based on ROI, customer value and performance insights.
- Embed automation, personalisation and measurable outcomes across campaigns.
- Business partner across ART to co‑create programs that improve employer and institutional client outcomes.
- Champion collaboration and consistency to strengthen ART’s brand trust and reputation.
- Establish and evolve a robust KPI and measurement framework, including forecasting and performance reporting.
- Integrate ESG and sustainability considerations where relevant to meet growing institutional expectations.
- Ensure governance, risk and compliance standards are met across all activities.
- Contribute to budget management, forecasting and marketing effectiveness reporting.
This role is a permanent opportunity. 📍 Location: Ideally this role will be based in Sydney, but we are open to candidates based in Brisbane or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You’ll bring tertiary qualifications in marketing, PR, communications or a related discipline.
- You have proven experience leading teams within corporate or institutional financial services (such as superannuation, investments or employee benefits).
- You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing in complex, highly regulated environments and know how to translate insight into results.
- You’re experienced in designing and leading large‑scale marketing strategies, retention and engagement initiatives that strengthen long‑term partnerships.
- You’re a confident people leader, able to motivate, coach and develop teams through change and transformation.
- You bring strong commercial acumen and you’re comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
- You build trusted relationships easily and you’re able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders with credibility.
- You’ll use data, digital channels and analytics to improve client experience, drive personalisation and demonstrate ROI.
- You have strong knowledge of the superannuation landscape and you’re able to navigate legislation, regulation and market expectations.
- You understand the growing importance of sustainability and responsible investment, and you’ll align marketing activity to evolving institutional and employer expectations.
