About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Sponsorship Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing and activating a portfolio of sponsorships that strengthen ART’s reputation and visibility across Australia. Working as part of a small, high‑performing team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and partners to deliver integrated sponsorship campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll balance strategy with execution, ensuring sponsorships are compliant, on‑budget, commercially sound and delivering strong return on investment. Day to day, you'll: - Manage and service sponsorship agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate contracts, invoicing and negotiations aligned to commercial objectives.
- Support the identification, assessment and approval of new sponsorship opportunities within members’ best financial interests.
- Manage and deliver a predominantly B2B‑focused sponsorship portfolio, navigating governance, regulatory requirements and due‑diligence processes to ensure all partnerships are compliant and commercially sound.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of integrated, multi‑format sponsorship and activation campaigns.
- Work closely with agencies, channel specialists, production and activation teams to maximise campaign impact.
- Monitor, measure and regularly report on sponsorship performance and ROI.
- Ensure all sponsorship activity complies with governance frameworks, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and portfolio performance reporting.
- Represent the ART brand at events and partnership activations as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sponsorship effectiveness through best practice approaches.
This role is a permanent opportunity. 📍 Location: Ideally this role will be based in Brisbane, but we are happy to consider candidates based in Sydney and Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have proven experience in sponsorship management and sponsorship marketing, ideally within financial services and/or across a multi‑property portfolio.
- You bring a strong understanding of sponsorship principles, channels and activation strategies, and you know how to turn partnerships into meaningful brand outcomes.
- You’re experienced in delivering integrated sponsorship and activation programs that achieve clear commercial and customer results.
- You’re confident assessing sponsorship opportunities and ensuring they deliver strong return on investment.
- You’re highly organised, with the ability to plan projects, manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- You understand membership‑based organisations and you’re comfortable operating within a regulated environment.
