About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Service Delivery Change Specialist, you’ll be a subject matter expert (SME) with a detailed understanding of the business plan, business operations and the portfolio of change. Working with leaders across Service Delivery and other key stakeholders you ensure that the operation of the business, processes and environment is understood to support the smooth and efficient implementation of all change initiatives. A key requirement of this role will be to operate in line with the divisional frameworks and work closely with the Transformation Delivery Business Unit. As a Service Delivery Change Specialist, you will draw on your in-depth knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, business operations and business processes to understand and analyse customer needs to determine value add solutions. Day to day, you'll: - Work with leaders across service delivery and other SMEs to develop a broad view of business operations and business processes
- Be a central contact point to provide expertise on the processes / business operations and engage with other SME’s and stakeholders to identify impacts of change initiatives.
- Co-ordinate and communicate the overall impacts and interdependencies of change initiatives to leadership teams and stakeholders so they are informed and able to prioritise change and manage impacts and any risks to service delivery.
- Identify people, business and customer related risks including factors that could affect, constrain, block, or influence the outcomes of change. Anticipate potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the risks and issues. Work with leadership teams, and other specialist enabling roles, to ensure the effective implementation of change, including overseeing end to end change delivery.

- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative, and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate, and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities including leading the work of other change and business resources directly or indirectly as required.
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to take on new challenges and be able to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation, and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
