Business Resilience Manager

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Risk & Compliance team as Business Resilience Manager on a fixed term basis until July 2025.

 

We're flexible for this role to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane as long as you can attend the office at least once a week.

About the role

As Business Resilience Manager you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of Australian Retirement Trust's resilience capability to ensure accurate preparation, response, and recovery from disruptions to prevent material adverse impacts to members and beneficiaries.

 

You will focus on continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of CPS230 Operational Risk Management to ensure Australian Retirement Trust has an integrated, adaptive, and robust resilience capability that is compliant with relevant regulations and truly resilient for members.   

 

This role is available as a fixed term opportunity until July 2025.

 

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

  • Experience in business resilience, business continuity and crisis management.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Experience in identifying impacts of change on business process and practices and implementing changes to address these impacts.
  • Ability to operate calmly and effectively in a changing and ambiguous environment e.g. a disruption.
  • Strong data collation, analytics, reporting, visualisation, and communication skills.
