About the role

Every member of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an Operations Officer you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.

 

This will include maintaining data integrity, effective product delivery, timely and accurate maintenance of contribution and claims processing and high-quality account maintenance.

 

Service to our members is the focal point of all sections within the business unit. As a key internal support function, the role requires effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

 

We have multiple positions available including permanent opportunities.

 

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

  • Customer service experience in a high workload environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable
