About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Relationship Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in retaining our high-value employers. Your main focus will be delivering exceptional service and professional engagement, ensuring that employers continue to choose Australian Retirement Trust as their provider. You'll be the go-to person for payroll-level relationships, managing a portfolio of employers.
Your day-to-day will involve advocating for our employers and working closely with payroll staff to offer a seamless, tailored, one-stop-shop service. This means you'll be optimising data and processing issues to make everything run smoothly.
You'll also provide top-notch support to our Relationship Managers, helping them maintain strong connections with employers. Plus, you'll handle more complex member inquiries. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too: - You've got experience in the superannuation or finance industries.
