In this role, you'll be at the forefront of defining, governing, and maintaining our technology architecture. You'll explore innovative opportunities and provide invaluable advice and education to our team. Your expertise will span across application, information, integration, security, and technology architectural layers, ensuring that our technology aligns with our business goals.

As an Enterprise Architect at ART, you'll develop and maintain architecture directions, provide guidance on technology architecture, promote innovation, and manage key relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding requirements, delivering analysis, and recommending solutions that align with our target-state architecture. About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:

• Extensive experience in designing, constructing, and integrating solution.
• Strong understanding of the architectural layer intended to be the focus area of the assignment, e.g. Application, Technology, Information, Integration or Security.
• Experience in developing and maintaining one or more layers of an enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using creativity, and dealing with abstract concepts and ambiguity.
• Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to understand stakeholder needs, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor others in the use, development and maintenance of the architecture.
• Skills in the use of LeanIX and Archimate notation.
