We are in search for a high performing, experienced people leader to join our Member Services leadership team. You will be part of driving the execution and delivery of our member strategy across our voice, face to face and digital channels for Australian Retirement Trust. This role is responsible for delivering service and operational excellence, leading a high performing team across a multi-site, multi-product operating environment. At the core of this role is leading a team of leaders responsible for the delivery of Australian Retirement Trust member service experience and achievement of service level goals. Day to day, you'll: - Develop and lead a team of leaders that will consistently deliver results to achieve the objectives aligned to our strategy.
- Drive service excellence and meet service standards as required across our more than 2 million membership base.
- Develop team capability to achieve corporate, team and individual goals and build high performance teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through implementing identified process improvements to the benefit of operational efficiency and improved customer experience.

It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - Demonstrated experience in Customer Contact or Service Centre management principles for a medium to large organisation, including an understanding of current customer service trends, telecommunications equipment, and management information systems.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of change management, leadership, motivation, and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business plans for a commercially oriented service delivery organisation and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and resources to meet goals and agreed quality standards.
- Strong experience in facilitating outcomes through stakeholder management and relationships.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to deliver within a changing environment and developing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with other senior managers across an organisation.
