Australian Retirement Trust (ART) is looking for an enthusiastic IT Contract & Procurement Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our IT Contract and Commercial Management, providing essential support services. You'll work closely with our IT Contracts and Procurement Manager, IT Vendor Managers, and other key stakeholders to manage and govern our IT partners and suppliers. Your proactive approach will be crucial in tracking, monitoring, and resolving a wide range of service requests, ensuring that our contractual and financial risks are effectively managed. As an IT Contract & Procurement Advisor, you'll maintain accurate knowledge sources related to IT partners and suppliers, prepare briefing notes, and analyze contract data to identify trends. You'll also assist in recording procurement outcomes, support compliance activities, and lead continuous improvement efforts in our procurement and contracting practices. We're looking for someone who embodies ART's values of courage, empathy, and excellence, and who can build positive long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too: - Experience in analysing unstructured information and developing management reports.
- Experience using corporate procurement/financial systems.
- Well established understanding of the Superannuation industry, it’s key structural components and likely market and environment influences (desired but not essential).
- Experience with IT software and licencing.
- You can comfortably juggle a few different jobs at the same time.
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work autonomously.
