As the Senior Manager – Workplace and Intermediary Marketing, you'll design and deliver top-notch B2B marketing for Employers, Unions, Government, Payroll providers, and Advisers. Your mission? Empower these partners to drive value for our members. You'll create tailored campaigns, impactful content, and engaging communication experiences, strengthening relationships and positioning Australian Retirement Trust as a trusted partner. You'll collaborate with key business functions, including Workplace and Adviser teams, to achieve critical growth and relationship outcomes. Using journey frameworks like jobs to be done, moments that matter, and VOC insights, you'll design and deliver the intermediary communications strategy. You'll bring innovative and impactful B2B marketing solutions, ensuring best-in-class communications and stakeholder management. You'll equip relationship managers with the tools and messaging they need to strengthen connections. This role is a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You've got proven experience in a senior role leading B2B and B2C Marketing, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve organisational objectives.
- You've led large and diverse marketing and communications teams across intermediary and consumer audiences.
- You have deep expertise in Super, Investments, Retirement, and Advice, ensuring you can navigate complex business requirements.
- You've got a strong strategic vision, deep customer knowledge, and commercial insight towards digital marketing outcomes.
- You're exceptional at stakeholder management and influencing, developing trusted and enduring relationships with business partners. Your consultation, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities are top-notch.
- You're a proven leader who can manage, coach, motivate, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and satisfying work environment. You work well with staff from diverse backgrounds and promote a safe workplace.
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills make you effective at reporting and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- You've got a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Digital, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
