Risk Systems Analyst

About the role

As a Risk Systems Analyst you will be helping to operationalise the risk management framework, through supporting the systems and processes that underpin ART’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practices.

 

This role is designed for a triple threat, a customer-focused tech native who loves and respects governance and takes pleasure in doing the right things right.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Develop and maintain Archer and other R&C systems to support business requirements, focusing on automation and integration with existing functionality.
  • Support the implementation of frameworks, toolsets and processes for the Archer universe.
  • Deliver effective system support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigation, resolution and escalation of system outages and degradations.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick and creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:  

  • Advanced level Excel and intermediate database knowledge.
  • Knowledge of contemporary risk and compliance issues.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and process development / improvement skills with the ability to think laterally to devise solutions.
  • Exposure to operating with confidential information and exercising the highest degree of discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders at all levels.
