As a Business Operations Specialist, you will assist the Manager – Business Operations in executing and delivering operational and strategic outcomes. This involves supporting the review and maintenance of all operational documentation to ensure high-quality governance. Additionally, you will support the delivery of data and reporting, promoting positive risk culture including management of incidents and controls, supporting the advice delivery strategy within Workplaces, and developing and implementing improvements to new business strategies. You will also play a key role in continually improving service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will assist in uplifting service quality, operational efficiency, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders. This role is a 3 month max-term/ secondment opportunity with a strong possibility of extension to the end of the calendar year. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: - You have experience in the superannuation industry and a solid understanding of business operations processes.
- You excel in stakeholder management and have a proven track record of developing trusted and enduring stakeholder relationships.
- You've demonstrated successful planning, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- You're skilled in business and performance reporting.
- You have a proven ability to lead the development of solutions with a focus on business enablement and outcomes.
- You possess a strong knowledge and understanding of governance structures in a corporate environment.
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and manage several activities within a tight timeframe.
