We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Analyst to join us for a 12-month secondment within the Superannuation Domain – Omni Registry Squad. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our projects, responsible for end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and providing technical requirements to solve complex business problems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into suitable technology solutions, perform detailed data analysis, and maintain communication channels to support stakeholder management and customer engagement.

About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too: - Strong previous experience in delivering business and technical analysis services
- Experience in business analysis in complex transformation programs and projects
- Experience in requirements elicitation, facilitation of workshops and presentation skills
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management, developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation and collaboration
- Ability to estimate, plan and manage business analysis work schedules
- Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems environments such as web technologies, client/server technologies and database environments
- Knowledge of requirement management tools such as Sparx EA, JIRA, Confluence or similar
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to take on new challenges and be able to adapt to change
